Enviromagnetics Corporation and its authorized distributor (“Seller”) guarantees and warrants this “Product” to the “Purchaser” under the following:

This warranty applies only to Products in ordinary service use as indicated by the Seller’s advertising.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
- If the Product is subjected to acts of God or applications different or extreme than the normal service applications as stated in the Product advertising.
- Improper installation which will affect the Product’s performance. Please call Seller’s customer service to obtain correct installation parameters for proper performance.
- Cosmetic or coating damages arising through normal use
If you need warranty service or claim: Keep you bill of sale or delivery receipt which establishes the warranty period should warranty service or claim is required. It is in your best interest to obtain and keep all receipts. The Seller cannot warrant the installation of this product which is done by a third party. An improper installation will affect the Product’s Performance. Please call your Seller’s customer service for any such service inquiry.
This is a limited warranty within the meaning of that term as defined in the Magnuson-Moss act of 1975.
All EnviroMagnetics Products come under the Magnuson-Moss Act, and since the Products do not interfere with any functions of any application on any engine, plumbing, heating, swimming pool/ spa plumbing, agricultural or any HVAC or water process equipment, the Product can be applied to any of the said applications the Product is designed for without voiding any manufacturer’s warranty.
