EnviroMagnetics Money-Back Guarantee Limited Lifetime Power Warranty

EnviroMagnetics Corporation or its authorized distributor (“Seller”) guarantees and warrants all EnviroMagnetics Products (“Product”) to the “Purchaser” under the following:

Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back. If you are dissatisfied within 90 days of purchase, simply send the product back to the Seller postmarked or shipped within 120 days of purchase with a copy of your invoice or name and date purchased. When received, the purchase price will be refunded. 

Power Warranty. EnviroMagnetics Corporation warrants that its Products run on permanently powered magnets. If the power of your Product is reduced, call or email Seller to confirm a warranty return. Once confirmed, the Product must be shipped to the Seller for repair or replacement.

Limited Liability Warranty as defined below, applies only to EnviroMagnetics Products in ordinary service use as indicated by the Seller’s advertising.

This is a limited warranty as defined in the Magnuson-Moss act of 1975. All EnviroMagnetics Products under the Magnuson-Moss Act, do not interfere with any function of any  engine, plumbing, pool/spa, agricultural, HVAC, or fluid  processing equipment and  can be applied to these applications without voiding any manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
2. If the Product is subjected to acts of God or applications different or extreme than the normal service applications as stated in the Product advertising.
3. Improper installation which will affect the Product’s performance. Please call Seller’s customer service to obtain correct installation parameters for proper performance.
4. Cosmetic or coating damages arising through normal use
